we consider Heidelberg to be the top of the line in offset presses.

PREP:
Nine (9) Mac and PC workstations running CS2 and the latest versions of all popular desktop software.
Proofing: Epson PRO7600 – with efi Colorproof XF color management software. Rampage Workflow with Rampage TrapEdit and Dynastrip Imposition software.
CtP – all presses – Fuji Dart Luxel T-6000 CTP 111.

Press
Heidelberg CD74-6-P-LX-F – A six (6) color 23 x 29 press that perfects two colors over four colors (2/4) with aqueous coater and extended dryer.

Heidelberg PrintMaster 46/2 – A two color 12 x 18 press that is the best small offset press on the market. We have three of these.

Bindery & Finishing:
Heidelberg Polar 92 – programmable cutting system.
MBO folder with 16-page knife attachment – we have two of these.
O&M Folder with right angle.
Heidelberg ST-100 – six pocket saddle-binder with inline trimming and 3-hole punch.
Our 3-hole punch unit can be moved to the folders for inline punching and the knife-folder can be used on the saddle-binder for inline folding after stitching.
Borg AE10 – ten station collator.
Rosback – air-feed scoring and perfing.
Assorted stitchers, drills and finishing equipment.

Digital:
Xerox DocuColor 240 – with EXP250 server – color managed with our workflow by efi/Best color.
Kyocera – black & white copiers – we have two of these.
Print Shop Mail – Variable Data Software.

Mailing:
BCC Postal approved and CASS certified software.
Pitney Bowes 6-station Insertamax.
Buskro Inkjet – up to 600 dpi with dryer and aqueous approved inks.
