How do I send elements to be printed?
Graphics applications such as QuarkXpress, have a feature called "Collect for Output". InDesign has a similar feature designated "Package". Each allow the designer to collect, with a single click, all of the fonts, linked images and graphics needed to correctly output the layout file.
