How do I send elements to be printed?
Packages such as QuarkXpress, have a feature called "Collect for Output". Page Make has the same type of utlility feature available through"Save for Service Provider". The "Collect for Output" option does not collect the fonts for publication. These will have to manually collected and put in the folder to be sent.

In Quark, use "Collect for Output" before sending the file. This will collect all TIFF and EPS images used in the document. However, "Collect for Output does not collect fonts or photoshop images"placed in illustrator or Freehand (unless they are embedded). To collect the fonts requires selecting each font from your hardrive and copying to a folder. Make sure to include both screen and printer fonts.
